Lake Illawarra is the second biggest lake in NSW, with complex and distinctive ecosystems.
Understandably, this was an environmentally sensitive project, which not only required a thorough understanding of the work; but a sympathetic approach and a thorough appreciation of the environmental constraints.

Closing off existing lake opening and creation of permanent relocated opening to the sea.
This project brought our company into the limelight, by allowing Coastwide Civil to win the Civil Contractors Regional and National Award for Environmental and Engineering Excellence.
Tullimbah Estate, Creek Diversion, AlbionPark, NSW
Diversion of an existing creek and the formation of six landscaped village ponds, which included overflow systems, retaining walls, sub division and ancillary works.
Other work included on the project was highway modification, and a new roundabout at the entrance to the site.
