Subdivision Projects

Coastwide Civil has worked on various subdivison projects in New South Wales dating back to the 90's. Some of the past subdivision projects included areas such as Mount Kembla, Cordeaux Heights, Kiama and Tullimbar.

Some of the more recently completed subdivison projects include Precinct B1C1 Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3. Coastwide Civil have recently also been awarded the contract for Precinct E1 and E2. These subdivison projects are all an integral part of The Waterfront and Boat Harbour project in Shell Cove, NSW.


Once completed, The Waterfront will boast a 300 berth marina and vibrant town centre which will become a lively social hub for both residents and the wider region. The Waterfront will offer a variety of facilities and housing options to suit every life-stage from young couples, singles, young families, older families, empty nesters to retirees.


Precinct B1C1 Stage 3 - Shell Cove, NSW

Precinct B1C1 Stage 3 will be the third subdivision precinct to be constructed on the waterfront area immediately surrounding the future Shell Cove Boat Harbour. This subdivision project encompasses an area of over 50,000 square metres in order to develop 35 residential lots, 24 medium density lots, 2 medium density super-lots and 9 internal roads.

Precint B1C1

Precinct B1C1 Stage 2 - Shell Cove, NSW

Precinct B1C1 (Stage 2) is the second subdivision precinct to be constructed on the waterfront area immediately surrounding the future Shell Cove Boat Harbour. This subdivision project encompassed an area of over 18,000 square metres to develop 15 residential lots, 1 medium density super-lot, a future car parking lot, a future sewer pumping station lot and 2 internal roads.

Precinct B1C1 Stage 1 - Shell Cove, NSW

Precinct B1C1 is the first subdivision precinct to be constructed on the waterfront area immediately surrounding the future Shell Cove Boat Harbour. This subdivision project encompassed an area of over 70,000 square metres to develop 38 residential lots, 63 medium density lots, 3 medium density super-lots, 3 road reserves and 20 internal roads.


Precint B1C1 - Stage 1

Stage 10D6 Subdivision - Shell Cove, NSW

Stage 10D6 is located on Cowries Avenue and is part of The Shellcove Waterfront Precinct project. This was a 27-lot torrens and community title subdivision and the third subdivision project Coastwide Civil undertook for our client Frasers Property Australia (then Australand).


Stage 10D6, Shell Cove

This project consisted of the rehabilitation of the existing American Creek and surrounding area, including the construction of a memorial pathway and subdivision, gabion retaining earth walls, access roads and culvert crossings. Most important was the planting of new and protection of native tree species, including planting of native grasses for bank stabilisation and erosion control.
